Building an Agentic AI System for Creating Your Digital Twin

Tuesday, April 29, 2:25-2:45 p.m.
Room 236
Presenter: Pramod Misra
Modality: Traditional Talk

Abstract

An agentic AI system is designed to act autonomously, making decisions and taking actions to achieve specific objectives with minimal human intervention. Applications of agentic AI are diverse, spanning autonomous robots, self-driving cars, resource management in logistics, and advanced digital assistants. In this context, a digital twin is a virtual representation of an individual that can simulate behaviors, preferences, and decision-making processes. This session focuses on integrating AI models, personal data, and ethical considerations to build adaptive and impactful digital twins. This talk will cover three main aspects of designing an agentic AI system. 1. What is agentic AI, and how it is changing our work/personal life? 2. How do you architect and build a real-world LLM system from start to finish—from data collection to deployment? 3. Main tools and best practices involved in its deployment and continuous monitoring. Attendees will learn about the technical and ethical foundations of building agentic AI systems. They will gain insights into the methodologies for collecting and integrating diverse data sources, designing AI that adapts to user needs, and ensuring these systems remain trustworthy and equitable. The talk will provide practical knowledge for researchers and developers, helping them to enhance decision-making, improve user experience, and drive innovation in health, education, and our daily lives.
