Presenters Notified: Friday, November 21, 2025
Registration Opens: Monday, January 5, 2025
In-Person Registration Closes: Monday, March 2, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Refund Request Deadline: Monday, April 13, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Virtual Registration Closes: Monday, May 4, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET
About the Conference
The 4th annual OMSCS Conference will take place on May 11-12, 2026 (with some pre-conference social events on Sunday, May 10) in the Global Learning Center at Georgia Tech! The conference is an opportunity for OMSCS students and alumni to share their work and connect with the OMSCS community. Hosted annually, the purpose of this unique event is to promote knowledge-sharing and learning and strengthen the OMSCS community.
