Register for the 2026 OMSCS Conference

General Registration

The 2026 OMSCS Conference will be offered in both in-person and virtual formats. In-person attendance is $100, plus an extra $10 for those wanting to attend the bowling/billiards social; virtual attendance is $25. Virtual attendees will be able to livestream most* of the conference presentations.

***IMPORTANT***

There are 2 steps in the registration process. You must complete both steps, otherwise your registration will be cancelled.

• Step 1: Fill out the registration form by clicking the button below (available once registration opens on January 5).
• Step 2: Pay for your registration. After you complete the registration form, you will receive an email directing you to the payment site.

*Some presentations, such as Workshops, Demonstrations, and Posters, will not be available to virtual attendees. These presentations will be marked as such on the agenda.

Registration for Presenters

Anyone presenting at the conference is required to register for and attend the conference in person (except in the rare situations in which it is required to present virtually).

Refunds

If you need to request a refund for either in-person or virtual registration, email OMSCS-Conf@groups.gatech.edu. The deadline to request a refund is Monday, April 13 at 11:59 pm ET. Refunds will not be processed after this date.
