Emily Palubeski
Emily Palubeski has been with the Georgia Tech Alumni Association since 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Student and New Alumni Engagement. In this role, she provides strategic direction for the Association’s three student organizations and spearheads initiatives to engage new alumni. Emily advises the GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Advisory Council and oversees the Georgia Tech 40 Under 40 Program. She holds a B.A. in German and English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.Ed. from Marquette University. With a passionate dedication to connecting students and alumni to their alma mater, Emily consistently champions the importance of relationship building and innovation, fostering a vibrant and supportive community.

Harrison McLamb
Harrison McLamb joined the Georgia Tech Alumni Association in 2026 and currently serves as the Manager of Student and New Alumni Engagement. In this role, he leads the Association's comprehensive -1/+1 engagement strategy, designing initiatives that intentionally transition graduating students into active, lifelong alumni. Harrison also oversees the GT Student Ambassadors program, a highly selective cohort of 80-100 student leaders who embody the Institute's values and serve as its frontline representatives. He holds a B.S. in agricultural business management from NC State University. With a commitment to data-informed programming and cross-functional collaboration, Harrison champions the power of early engagement to build lasting connections between Georgia Tech and its alumni community.
