Attending the 2024 OMSCS Conference

General Registration

*Both in-person and virtual registration are now closed, as is the in-person waitlist.*

The 2024 OMSCS Conference will be offered in both in-person and virtual formats. Virtual attendees will be able to livestream most* of the conference presentations.

*Some presentations, such as Workshops and Demonstrations, will not be available to virtual attendees. These presentations will be marked as such on the agenda.

Registration for Presenters

Anyone presenting at the conference is required to register for and attend the conference in person (except in the rare situations in which it is required to present virtually). Presenters will receive an email that will contain a registration link and a code. Please do not share this link or code with anyone, as it is only meant for presenters. You will use this registration link and code to register for the in-person conference format.

Refunds

If you need to request a refund for either in-person or virtual registration, email OMSCS-Conf@groups.gatech.edu to request a refund. The deadline to request a refund is Sunday, March 31 at 11:59 pm ET. Refunds will not be processed after this date.
