Registration Dates
Registration Opens: Monday, January 27
In-Person Registration Closes: Monday, March 3 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Virtual Registration Closes: Monday, April 21 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Deadline to Request a Refund (in-person or virtual registration): Monday, March 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET
General Registration
The 2025 OMSCS Conference will be offered in both in-person and virtual formats. In-person attendance is $100; virtual attendance is $25. Virtual attendees will be able to livestream most* of the conference presentations.
***IMPORTANT***
This year, there are 2 steps in the registration process. You must complete both steps, otherwise your registration will be cancelled. (Presenters will complete only Step 1.)
- Step 1: Fill out the registration form by clicking the button below.
- Step 2: Pay for your registration. After you complete the registration form, you will receive an email directing you to the payment site.
*Some presentations, such as Workshops, Demonstrations, and Posters, will not be available to virtual attendees. These presentations will be marked as such on the agenda.
Registration for Presenters
Anyone presenting at the conference is required to register for and attend the conference in person (except in the rare situations in which it is required to present virtually). The registration fee is waived for presenters, so you do not need to pay anything. After completing the registration form, you will receive an email with a link to pay for your registration; please ignore this link.
Refunds
If you need to request a refund for either in-person or virtual registration, email OMSCS-Conf@groups.gatech.edu. The deadline to request a refund is Monday, March 31 at 11:59 pm ET. Refunds will not be processed after this date.
