Abstract
Graduate programs around the world don't solely focus on coursework—often students get the opportunity to engage in cutting edge research projects that sharpen their skills, prepare them for jobs, and apply knowledge through self-directed work. In this talk, Nick will discuss the current options for students to get involved with research while pursuing their OMSCS degree and highlight directions that the OMSCS program is pursuing to expand the number and types of research opportunities.
