OMSCS Team Takes Entrepreneurial Tack to Win $10,000 in Microsoft Azure Challenge

OMSCS students George Gomez, Ariel Magyar, Zachary Patrignani, and Maheer Sayeed, won first place in the 2025 Microsoft Azure Innovation Challenge in March, which came with a $10,000 prize. Their idea—an AI-powered job coach to help people with disabilities find their dream jobs—beat over 70 international entries to win the competition.
