Ayanna Howard Named Next Spelman President

Spelman College announced that Ayanna Howard—roboticist, AI trailblazer, dean of the Ohio State University College of Engineering, and creator of the OMSCS course CS 6603: AI, Ethics, and Society—as the school's next president. According to a release, Howard will "build upon Spelman's legacy of academic excellence and leadership development while helping prepare future generations of Black women to lead in a rapidly changing world."
