2024 OMSCS Conference Presenter Information

Prior to the Conference

  • If you're preparing presentation materials (such as slides), the deadline to upload your updated materials is Friday, April 26.
  • If you're leading a workshop, we'll provide you with contact information for the people registered for your workshop. We encourage you to reach out to them ~1 week prior to the conference to remind them about your workshop, what to bring, and any other important details.
  • If you're moderating a panel, we'll connect you with the panelists ~1 week before the conference and share with them your outline and questions.
  • If you're a panelist, we'll connect you with the panel moderator and other panelists ~1 week before the conference. Be sure to look over the questions the moderator has put together prior to the panel.
